convenient location superb quality friendly staff
The location was certainly convenient. I found it easy to get to places of interest. Breakfast provided a superb quality and choice. The staff was always consistently very friendly and helpful, I noticed.
The parking was offered, though it was hard to find, I thought.

Breakfast offered many options, all of which were high quality! I noticed the bar in the courtyard lounge. It added something special to the hotel. Rug Bakery provided breakfast and coffee, which I found delicious.

The hotel's location provided easy access to public transportation. I appreciated the readily available taxi service near the entrance. Breakfast offered a wide array of options, including fresh pastries. I found the rooftop pool clean.
The in-room safe did not work initially. maintenance addressed it quickly. EVERYTHING else was great!

The room included a king-size bed and blackout curtains. There was a separate seating area with a sofa. The bathroom featured heated floors and toiletries were included. It was NICE.

Staff at the front desk offered quick assistance with check-in. Concierge services secured reservations for local restaurants. It was SO helpful. The hotel also provided luggage storage after checkout.

totally was very good.
delicious breakfast friendly staff great coffee
the staff assisted me very well, taking care of all my needs and requests! i loved starting my day at rug bakery enjoying their delicious breakfasts and coffee. it was also great ending the day with a nightcap at the lobby bar.
i think the food at the courtyard bar was a bit too expensive. it also wasn't that great, disappointing. it's definitely an area that could see some improvement. i hope they take this into consideration.
